One thing that is important whatever the type of eczema, is to remember to moisturize. Also I just read a disturbing article about the fact that estrogen is in a number of popular moisturizers. When my nummular eczema was all over my body, the omega 3 supplements , constant moisturizing and baths helped a lot. I also avoid being in sun for too long, change my clothing if I perspire after exercising and get more sleep.
Remember that there can be peanut allergy kids react to. Peanut butter and jelly is a top food choice for kids so see if your child has a nut allergy, as they can consume a lot of it plus have it in so many chocolate bars and candies.

Is there a medicine for eczema good for children? I don’t think kids should use cortisone cream if there is a good eczema lotion cure.
My kid sister complains of eczema bumps on scalp. I thought maybe it was just dry skin. She uses a dandruff shampoo. I wonder if that may dry out her skin too much because it fights fungus . I am not sure why she gets dandruff but she gets pimples so maybe that’s related too.
