		<description>I found borage oil and flax seed good for helping my eczema. Do not use calamine lotion for this. That is better for different types of rashes. They are each different and have their own remedy but I'd say taking a good multi vitamin and getting the right oils internally plus anti-inflammatory supplements will help a lot.</description>
