I always remove my jewelry before running or working out because when I work up a sweat I can get a sweat rash or metal allergy rash around my neck because it really perspires.

I heard that even some of the designer and fancier cell phones can cause nickel rash allergies so I guess it's not just the cheap mobile phones that do this.

I got some ecsema from a piece of jewelry my cousin gave me. I wonder now if I will get rashes from nickel more because my skin is more sensitive. I will try to use plastic and that is a good idea instead of having metal touch my skin.

I think I might get allergic contact dermatitis from one pair of pants but not my other ones. Does that make sense that the eczema rash is from metal on one thing I bought but not on all of them? Some with buttons I do okay with and don't think I get that contact eczema stuff.
