If you know people in your family have allergies, asthma and stuff like that then don't be shocked about exema, because excema is something that can be inherited and strikes those with allergic tendencies.

I tried some slow breathing and it did help with itching. It's not too bad now but I am dreading the cold because I get winter eczema. I had eczema as a toddler but now it's much better because I watch my diet and remember to take supplements plus use oils as an eczema lotion. I forget and then it gets worse. Plus I like to get dressed up for work and wear nylons and then can get really dry skin on my legs.

Was itchy all night. I'll look at the book you recommend. I can't sleep being itchy and read anymore especially on a weekend when I can sleep and not go to work.

Hey, this is good because my dad has tried a lotion for eczema that claimed to be an excema cure but it seemed to make it redder. I don't think he can take medicine for eczema because he doesn't do well with steroids. I'll show him your site and the pictures of eczema too. See U Later. Ramona from California

I had red, itchy cluster of pimples and small blisters on my back. I thought it was a heat rash, but it was just diagnosed as eczema (not sure which type). I am going to test out a natural approach to eczema with health food capsules and dietary changes to try to control the dermatitis. I really want to avoid predinose.
