I have 5 blisters on one arm and a couple on the other arms. Also 4-5 blisters on buttocks. At fist I thought "Shingles". It resembles shingles and it is very sensitive to painful. It's never right away,starts small and then grows, about two years ago, it started on my neck and grew all over my face,and my ears swelled.It took about two weeks for it to be gone, but i did'nt use any meds, this time, it's more itchy.. when can i use to get it to go away? I continued to stay in the hot tub for about 10 to 15 mins not knowing that I had an allergic reaction. 2 mins after I got out of the water, my legs and thighs were pink, full of rash and very itchy. I took a shower immediately but the rash continued to get worse. My legs and thighs turned kind of red with lots of bumps and they felt so warm as if someone was blowing hot air at them. My boy friend gave me some Benadryl to take and Hydrocortisone to apply. The symptoms went away slowly afterwards. I will find out what kind of chemical they use in the hot tub. I think my condo center would be defensive and not tell me the chemical they use in it. The hot tub rash pictures I saw remind me of something I got a couple of years ago and I actually don't use the pool or hot tub where I live because I am neurotic about germs now.
