Chickenpox and shingles can connect due to the fact that it's same virus. My grandma got a shingles rash and has had nerve pain ever since. The herpes zoster was reactivated when her immune system was weak after having pneumonnia. She had to be careful that the blisters fluid wouldn't be contacted by anyone.

Oh my, I thought I was the only one that as a kid picked at the chickenpox marks. I have a few leftover scars and also a few acne scars so it's not great on the right side of my face. Is there a way to remove the chickenpox scars with those over the counter products? I don't even know if I had the chickenpox shot because it was a long time ago and before they even had the mennigitis vaccine in kid's immunization schedules.
