Alternative Treatment for Rashes
If you have a chronic rash and have used cortisone creams for a while, you may want to look into alternative treatments to see if they can alleviate the symptoms. Some rashes are very stubborn and working with your diet, nutrition and other methods may open a door. If you are having an allergic reaction, diet can be key to turning things around.
Some foods to look into for allergies include nuts (especially peanuts), citrus, dairy and wheat. Check ingredients and get testing by an allergist to see if these are the roots of the skin rash.
