I was reading an internet news site and saw a story about a woman that was in a hospital at Burnaby in the UK and given the wrong antibiotic. She actually took her own benadryl to deal with the rash and allergic symptoms that were growing until staff realized the problem.

A rash can cause a great deal of anxiety, so remember that it's important to get some exercise, work on breathing and do things to stay calm. In fact, itching seems to get worse when there is inner agitation. While you are working to resolve the underlying causes of the rash, take time for your own mental health too. Remember that you are more than your skin and that you will gain a solution to your problem.
